Not at all. Our workshops are designed for people at different levels. We start with fundamentals and build from there, so you can join wherever you are in your dance journey.
Just comfortable clothing you can move in and enough space to extend your arms. A yoga mat helps but isn't required. Most participants use their phone or laptop camera.
Yes, if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop starts. Within 48 hours, we can transfer your spot to another session instead.
Most sessions run 90 minutes with a short break in the middle. Some intensive workshops extend to 2 hours. You'll see the duration listed when you browse programs.
Live sessions aren't recorded to keep everyone comfortable. But all technique breakdowns and assignment materials stay available in your account for 6 months after the workshop.
